1. First Year Dental Students: Books & Supplies budget includes Microscope fee, CMS fee, Articulator fee, Magnification fee, Gross Anatomy fee, Vital Book licensing, Laptop and other misc. supplies
2. Second Year Dental Students: Books & Supplies budget includes Microscope fee, CMS fee, Vital Book licensing, National Board fee, Digital Radiography and misc. supplies
3. Third Year Dental Students: Books & Supplies budget includes CMS fee, Vital Book licensing fee, Digital Radiography and misc. supplies
4. Fourth Year Dental Students: Books & Supplies budget includes CMS fee, National Board fee, Vital Book licensing, and Digital Radiography supplies

Health Insurance: All students can have their budget increased for the cost of health insurance that they are obligated to pay.

* Comprehensive Fee includes: College Fee, Health Service, Transportation, Campus Life, Technology Fee, and Transcript Fee.

**For loan recipient, a $203 loan origination fee is allowable and is included in the budget figures above.

The above budget does not include costs for UB Health Insurance which you will be required to purchase if you are not already covered by your own (or parent) health plan.
