Exit Counseling
Exit Loan Counseling at the University at Buffalo is provided for all borrowers before graduation. Before you graduate, you will receive a postcard indicating mandatory meeting locations and times.
The exit counseling sessions are provided to allow you to ask any questions you may still have and to inform you about repayment options, the consequences of default and your rights to deferment and forbearance.
If you wish to complete your exit counseling on the web, go to the Direct Loan Servicing Online Web site and select "Take the Exit Counseling session."
