34 - Disability Discharge Clearance Required
The National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS) indicates that one or more of your federal student loans have been discharged due to disability. You must contact a Financial Aid Advisor at 716-645-6013 to make an appointment if you wish to take out another loan. You must submit a physician’s certification stating that you are able to engage in “substantial gainful activity” such as working or attending school AND sign a statement, supplied at the time of appointment with an advisor, affirming that the new loan for which you are applying cannot be canceled in the future based on present impairment.
