43 - Copy of Signed Social Security Card and Birth Certificate
The National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS) found your reported social security number on their database, but your name and date of birth did not match. You must provide a copy of your signed social security card and birth certificate to Student Academic Records & Financial Services to continue processing your financial aid. You are not eligible to receive any federal student aid until this has been resolved.
