Our records indicate that we have not received a signed copy of your parent(s) entire income tax return.
Our verification process requires completion of the dependent student verification form, copy of parent(s) W2 documents, signed copy of parent(s) entire federal income tax return, copy of the student’s W2, and a signed copy of the student’s entire federal income tax return.
Submit missing documentation to Student Academic Records & Financial Services, 232 Capen Hall, Buffalo, NY 14260.
