94 - Student & Spouse (if Married) W2(s) Required
Our verification process requires completion of the independent or dependent student verification form (depending on your FAFSA filing status), copy of student’s W2 documents, signed copy of student’s entire federal income tax return, copy of the spouse’s W2(s), and a signed copy of the spouse’s entire federal income tax return (if filed separately).
Submit missing documentation to Student Academic Records & Financial Services, 232 Capen Hall, Buffalo, NY 14260.
