Academic Year
The academic year is divided into two semesters. The fall semester usually begins the end of August and concludes in December after final exams. See UB academic & student calendars for exact dates.
The spring semester begins in the middle of January classes and ends mid-May after final exams.
The academic year does not include summer sessions.
