Award Certificate (TAP)
An Award Certificate is an official document issued by the NYS Higher Education Services Corporation (HESC) which indicates the amount of Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) aid or other state-sponsored financial aid that you are entitled to receive. It is issued only after the Express Tap Application is signed and returned to HESC in Albany.
