SUNY Financial Aid Day at the University at Buffalo

Location: Undergraduate Library - 201 Capen Hall - Information Technology Room

SUNY Financial Aid Day at UB is available for prospective students and their families to offer assistance with the FAFSA, and provide information about financial aid sources and the award process.

  • Register Online (Session 1 or 2 - see details below)
  • Session 1 (8:00 a.m.)
  • Session 2 (10:30 a.m.)
  • Directions: Take the NYS Thruway (I-90) to Exit 50 which is the I-290 (Youngmann Memorial Highway). Take I-290 West to Exit 4 (I-990 North). Stay in the furthest right lane and follow the signs for the University at Buffalo which is Exit 1. Exit 1 will bring you to the Audubon Parkway. Once on the Audubon merge into the furthest left lane and make the first U-turn (just before the first traffic light at Audubon and Rensch), then merge into the right lane and turn right at the first exit; you will be on White Road. Continue to go straight on White Road and follow the signs towards the Academic Complex/Admissions/Visitor Parking. Shortly after the first stop sign you will turn into the Governors A&B lot on the right.  Continue through the visitor booth where free parking will be available for you.   Park in Fronczak B lot on the left. 8:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. Financial Aid Presentation and Q & A
9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. Complete your FAFSA and TAP Applications on the Web
(NOTE: 2008 Federal and State Tax Returns are required to complete Web applications. Or bring a copy of your 2007 Income Tax Return to estimate your income.)
9:30 a.m. Optional - Guided Tour of the University Library

Session 2

10:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Registration & Refreshments - UB Virtual Tour Presentation
11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Financial Aid Presentation and Q & A
12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. Complete your FAFSA and TAP Applications on the Web
(NOTE: 2008 Federal and State Tax Returns are required to complete Web applications. Or bring a copy of your 2007 Income Tax Return to estimate your income.)
12:00 p.m. Optional - Guided Tour of the University Library
