Your Student Information

The Student Response Center is the trustee office for certain kinds of student information. Students are the “owners” of information collected about them and can change almost all of it at any time.

Here are the categories of information we collect, maintain, and provide to authorized users:

We solicit from you other pieces of information such as ethnicity, religion, expected date of graduation, intended major (undergrads), and gender. If you would like to know what we have recorded, please visit our office at 232 Capen.

Student systems also record checkstops which are used to stop a student from enrolling or, in some cases, receiving services until the reason for the checkstop has been resolved with the office that placed it. Here is a descriptive listing of university checkstops.
