How to Read Your Bill

sample bill

Section A

This portion is what you detach and return with your payment. It contains your identifying information, the amount due, the due date. On the right side are spaces for you to indicate your payment method and the amount enclosed. To the left of that area are lines for you to complete if you are paying by credit card.

Section B

Your Statement of Account is an itemized listing, by category, of all the transactions and charges that have occurred since the last bill. On the left is the section detailing the new charges, adjustments made to your account, or refunds from financial aid. The middle section displays payments recorded. The right portion shows pending credit from financial aid which has not been credited to your account because it has not been disbursed yet.

Section C

This final section of your bill has two parts. The upper part will display timely messages of use to you. The lower part, a detailed course schedule of your enrolled courses, may be detached and used to locate your course meetings.
